Chris Bailey, owner

With a background in both music and technology, Chris has over 25 years of experience in the field of AV installation, service, and live sound. He is a graduate of the Wheaton College Conservatory with a degree in Music Technology. As a musician, he brings a clear understanding of acoustics, blend, and artistry; as an audio engineer, he offers expertise in frequency, design, electronics, and mechanics.

Travis Bills, Senior technician

Travis caught the AV bug as a middle-schooler, working as a tech for his school’s drama program.  He continued cultivating his live theater tech skills throughout high school, along with developing a mastery and love for installation work as he apprenticed with Sound Solutions.  He went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from SUNY Adirondack, as well as several certifications, including Extron Control Professional.  Along with his 15 years of professional audio experience, he is also versed in lighting. 

Todd Andrews, senior technician

Starting as a teenager with a reel to reel in a church closet, Todd has gone on to develop his skills over the past 30 years. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Plymouth State College, Todd concentrates his efforts in the live sound aspect of audio engineering, skillfully making the sound presented by the musicians loud enough for all to hear in any venue, while maintaining the integrity of their tone and blend.

Robert ArnolD, Network Engineer

With a background in networking and cyber-security, Robert handles the IT side of installations. Graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology, Robert landed an internship with Cisco Meraki. He has taught networking as an adjunct at SUNY Adirondack while helping local farmers with internet, security, surveillance and web applications. He has a passion for supporting local business and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Angie Lawry, business manager

Combining a degree in Music from the College of St. Rose and skills in organization and finance, Angie performs several fill-in-the-gap roles at Sound Solutions. Primarily, she oversees the finance, secretarial, and office management duties. However, she routinely trades hats to assist with installations and live events when needed.
