MEET THE TEAM

Chris Bailey

Chris started Sound Solutions back in 1997 with the goal of providing quality audio and video at an affordable price. With a background in both music and technology, Chris has over 25 years of experience in the field of AV installation and service. He is a graduate of Wheaton College’s Conservatory with a degree in Music & Technology. As both a musician and audio engineer, Chris brings a professional mastery of acoustics, frequency, and design, as well as an keen understanding of the latest advances in audio and video technology. When he’s not running a business, he can be seen playing keys in several bands.

Angie williams

Combining a degree in music from the College of St. Rose with skills in organization and finance, Angie performs several fill-in-the-gap roles at Sound Solutions.  Primarily, she oversees the finance and office management duties. However, she routinely trades hats to assist with installations, training and live events when needed.

Ray Monroe

A “Swiss Army Knife” tech, Ray is a self taught technician who is comfortable wherever he is needed, whether it’s a commercial install, or engineering sound for a live band. With his creativity, artistic eye, and attention to detail, design is where he shines. Ray serves as our livestream and lighting guru, while also using his skills in web design and social media for the company.

Robert Arnold

With a Bachelors in Networking & Systems Administration from RIT, Robert manages our network support division. He is often the unsung hero, working remotely to help our clients with network issues or livestream problems. When he’s not working for Sound Solutions, Robert also runs his own business, Smart Farm Innovations, helping farmers all across the country integrate and use technology to establish “smart-farms” and work more efficiently.
